The TruBend 7050 is part of the TRUMPF Series 7000 and is characterized by its high speed and ergonomics. It is particularly suitable for bending small to medium-sized parts. With a press force of 500 kN and a bending length of 1530 mm, it is capable of precisely processing thicker sheets. Important features are the ACB Wireless angle measurement and the automatic BendGuard safety technology, which enable fast and safe working.
The machine can also be combined with the new Flex Cell, a mobile bending cell that enables fully automated work.

Trumpf is a powerful press brake with a press force of 3200 kN and a bending length of 4420 mm. Thanks to the 6-axis backgauge and on-demand servo drive technology, the machine is energy-efficient, quiet and precise. Automatic programming with the TecZoneBend software enables the rapid creation of bending programs with 3D simulation and collision checking. The machine also offers an increased open height and an extended Y-stroke, which makes it easier to process a wide range of workpieces.

The TruBend 5320 (B23) is equipped with an automatic tool changer, which significantly speeds up the set-up process and increases efficiency. This automated tool changer allows tools to be changed quickly and precisely without manual intervention. This minimizes downtimes and increases productivity, especially with frequent tool changes or complex bending tasks. The tool changer works in combination with the TecZoneBend software to configure the tools optimally for the task at hand.

The terms sheet metal bending, sheet metal folding or sheet metal edging refer to a forming manufacturing process in sheet metal processing in which a sheet metal is brought into a 3-dimensional shape. Due to the almost inexhaustible variety in bending technology, the production parts can be given almost any shape.
