This enables us to cut aluminum and stainless steel within this separate production area. Stainless steel laser cutting is carried out on a Trumpflaser L 4050– 6kW. The laser cutting system is completely scaffolded in stainless steel and thus meets the requirements for corrosion-free production and the associated criteria for consistent quality assurance, e.g. in the supplier industry.
Stainless steel grinding
In the course of stainless steel processing, Avermann can also carry out the following surface treatments:
- grinding stainless steel
- deburring stainless steel
- rounding stainless steel
Stainless steel edges
Avermann can bend stainless steel in lengths of up to 6 meters and produce components with unusual contours. In the process the sheets are cut to the intended size, and then bent to the desired shape in one of our press brakes or folding benches.
